The Wilbraham Baseball Committee offers exciting competitive level baseball in four age groups!

Players Must attend at least ONE evaluation

2020 U9 and U11 Competitive Baseball Tryout Dates
Registration/Check-In starts at 11:45am

U9 & U11:
• Saturday, 1/25    12:00-2:00 PM      Powerhouse Training
• Saturday, 2/1      12:00-2:00 PM      Powerhouse Training
       -  U9: Ages 6 - 8 (primarily grades 1 & 2) 
       -  U11: Ages 8 - 10 (primarily grades 3 & 4)

Our U13 and U15 divisions had tryouts Fall 2019.
       -  U13: Ages 10 - 12 (primarily grades 5 & 6)
       -  U15: Ages 12 - 14 (primarily grades 7 & 8)
     *8th/9th graders cannot play on a Junior Legion team if they are on a JLS team**

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:




  • This year’s format will allow all kids to attend at least one tryout session while also providing the option of attending both sessions.


  • We will take the best scores for each category for both days and calculate an overall score for each player trying out. This allows for a competitive tryout and levels the playing field.


  • Parents will not be allowed on the field or in the facilty during the evaluations and should not interact with the evaluators as they will be busy making evaluations.


  • If a player is selected for a competitive team and decides not to play for any reason a refund will not be issued.


  • All players not making the competitive teams will receive a refund. In order to play recreational baseball in the spring you must register in February 2020. You will NOT be automatically enrolled into recreational baseball.

Registration Information
  • Registration for our U13 and our U15 divisions will be August 20, 2020 - September 2, 2020 .
  • Registration for our U9 and U11 divisions will be February 2, 2021 - February 15, 2021.
  • Hampden players must register in Hampden.
  • Wilbraham school choice students may register in Wilbraham. There is a $25.00 out-of-town fee.
  • Register online or by mail-in below or at the Recreation Office, Monday - Friday 8:30-4:30.
