Boy shooting basketball

This recreational program stresses participation, sportsmanship, development of skills and fun. Teams practice once per week on weekdays. You will be notified of your child’s specific practice day and time when your designated coach calls in November. One or two games during the week and/or weekend. There is a mandatory play rule enforced in this league. Wilbraham school choice students are also accepted. *Hampden residents must register in Hampden*

3/4 Boys      12:00pm-12:45pm
3/4 Girls       12:45pm-1:30pm
5/6 Boys       1:30pm – 2:15pm
5/6 Girls        2:30pm – 3:15pm
7/8 Boys       3:15pm – 4:00pm
7/8 Girls        4:00pm – 4:45pm

Recreational Grades 3-8 (Not Coed)
  • Open to Wilbraham residents and Wilbraham school-choice students only.
  • Teams practice once per week on weekdays beginning in November.
  • You will be notified of your child’s specific practice day and time when your designated coach calls in November.
  • There is a mandatory play rule enforced in this league.
  • Practices will continue once games have started. Games generally start in early January.
  • Everyone registered is placed on a team.
  • Participation in another Basketball League (Suburban Basketball, CYO, etc.) and the Wilbraham Rec Basketball League simultaneously is prohibited
