Care to Say Namaste Yoga Program
Stony Hill School (grades 2-3): Tuesdays, Jan. 21 - March 31, no class 2/18, 2:45-4PM (10 weeks)
Care to Say Namaste is designed to provide children with an understanding of the mind/body connection and its integral role in everyday life. Each week themed healing yoga/mindfulness classes are designed to invite in self-love, self-respect and resilience! These classes include known, respected yet fun techniques: such as breathing methods, yoga poses, meditation, self-healing and more. These skills help kids to manage emotions, create healthy relationships, boundaries and a happier life. These practical tools empower kids by cultivating kindness & compassion with gratitude. These skills are intended to be applied to the self, the classroom, the school, the home and the community as well!
